   I just got this bike about 3 weeks ago. Very, Very easy to assemble. That is if you know how to assemble anything simple. The seat was definately uncomfortable. I did break my tailbone a few years ago. But I picked up a gel seat cover. LIFESAVER! Resistence is very easy to adjust, not only using the knob, but using the resistence strap on the front wheel. I’ve been doing 8-10 miles a day on it. Very lightweight and compact. Sometimes I take it outside so I can excercise and watch my son play in the yard. Highly recommend this product.

   I HAVE more exerize equipment than mosr gyms. but I use total body bike more. It is easy to use, is right there, I can watch TV and use it. It is the best for the money.

   Seat is very unconfortable. I can’t even do use it, it’s horrible.. I wasted my money on this item. I urge people not to buy this item unless you had it before and like it…other wise you’ll be disapointed.

   My husband and I bought this exercise bike because we have owned one of the same brand before and it was the best, longest-lasting exercise bike we have had. We go through several because we both use it every day for 30 minutes each. They sent the wrong owner’s manual. Fortunately, my husband has put together many so it was easy for him without instructions. The bike ended up being the worst we have ever owned. The seat at its lowest setting is too high to be comfortable. I’m 5’9″ and my husband is 6′. Both of us feel as if we are leaning forward to use the handlebars. The seat is the most uncomfortable we have ever experienced. Even after purchasing a gel seat cover, it’s still impossible to get comfortable on it. After the first 10 minutes, the “area” goes numb and the last 20 minutes are more bearable. After having the bike for only a week and a half the chain started slipping. The digital readout is very small and hard to see while exercising. We finally could not stand it anymore and took parts off this one to replace parts on the old one and took the skeleton of this one to the dump. That’s the best place for it! I would highly recommend buying something else.

   I bought this with my eyes wide open. Read all the reviews and figured I would get what I paid for. Actually it turned out better. Easy to assemble. Anyone with an ounce of common sense should be able to accomplish that with the instructions. Anyone with ANY mechanical aptitude doesn’t need the instructions. Works as it is supposed to but the tensioner is not exactly high tech. Beats the heck out of the magnetic type though. Like I said, I paid for a Geo and got at least a Nissan. All in all we are satisfied – it serves our purpose.
